He has been involved in the training industry since 2004 and has cultivated strategic connections with high profile clients from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, India, Pakistan, Maldives, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan.

He has a deep understanding of people relations, keeps up to date with the latest market trends and is a keen advocate of collaborating with leadership teams to develop and execute strategic training plans that aligns with long term vision and business goals.

To date, he has managed more than 500 in house training projects.
